Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer standard shipping to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by your country's authorities.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@algorix.com. We will do our best to intercept the package, but we cannot guarantee success. Reshipping charges may apply.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered, the carrier will return it to us. We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Reshipping costs will be your responsibility if the failure to deliver was due to an error on your part.
